Dude its so hilarious! K none of you know Armand so let me give you some background lol.  So he was at piano summer school two years ago I think, and he LOVED Chopin music and he'd go around asking people "Do you like Chopin?  I like Chopin" lol. Fun times...anywhoooo I found a song called "I love Chopin" lol. It's actually not a bad song. Not a bad song at all but it's just funny lol....HILARIOUS just cuz its soo odd.  Pretty music though....but there's this girl voice that keeps repeating "chopin" on a descending fourth ( D to A) high-ish.  And some of the lyrics are like:  I used to say I like Chopin....rainy days something something....Imagine your face is a sunshine reflection...blah blah.....I used to say I like Chopin. Love me now and again woahooowoahoooo lol....Rainy days growing in your eyes...etc etc...

It's kinda techno.  lol.  i think its by a band called Gazebo?  anyway I thought of you Armand! lol "I LIKE CHOPIN" too lol but not as much as you :D. Actually I think he's pretty into Bach now too....

 

Anyway, in other news....lol I finished my big painting which you can all look at cuz i took a bunch of pics of it.  I want to add stuff to it though....we had final critique today and they suggested making the background even more crazy cuz right now it looks like its somewhere between crazy and not crazy lol.  Also, it bugs me that the guy doesnt look exactly like Josh....but hey, its my first time painting a portrait so its already good enough right? Besides, if i try to fix it I might ruin it instead....

And....THANK GOODNESS FOR SNOW! My long day of art classes got cancelled on Monday and the phonograph kit that me and my partner ordered finally got here so we have something to hand in for next monday....Ah, next monday....italian final, final critique in art foundations of our four projects, prints for digital photography are due, and uke concert which i'm supposed to sing a trio for....i still don't remember all the words....and the cd will be released on monday....what a fruitful monday.....

 

Know what fascinates me? Classical and romantic music that some people recorded digitally and added drums.....percussion.....for example, I unknowingly downloaded a weird version of Chopin's Fantasie Impromptu (lovely piece by the way :D I will learn it one of these days)  and it as a rhythm section, and its not a piano playing...its some eerie sound effect and a wind instrument of some sort.  If anyone's interested ask me and I'll send it to you.   It's weird.....but in an interesting kind of way....makes me wonder what all the other pieces would sound like with drums....for example....the moonlight sonata....the slow movement lol....it might work with the last movement....might drown out my mistakes and stumbles anyway.....my hand is dying trying to learn the fast movement. Seriously, its so stretchy...

Oh another really really beautiful piece is Liszt's La Campanella (the little bell)  It's the hardest piano piece ever though....i can play it at maybe 1/40th of the speed its supposed to go lol.  ANYWAY thats enough.  Hope this kept you guys entertained for a little while as you procrastinate from what you're supposed to be doing (studying for finals) :D  Now I must away to study italian cuz I have the aural part of the final exam tomorrow....I just had a pretty effective online study session helping Chris lol.  Hopefully I won't freeze at the test....CIAO TUTTI

This is a poem/lyrics that I wrote a few weeks ago, I just didnt post it up her for whatever reason haha. Hope you like it.  It's my favourite so far :P OH and FINALLY JOSH CAME! His cd that is haha. Omg he's soo freakin hilarious! I was watching the dvd and yea hehe...oh I love him:P  Who needs a real boyfriend when you can listen to Josh sing all day..... I am not in denial lol. Ciao tutti.

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG I listened to Josh's new cd on aol music!!! It was phenomenal! SOOOOOOOOOOOO good. Can't wait to get my own copy :D. Wow I haven't been this happy for a while....4 more days! and a couple more days still until my relative from california sends me the preordered cd cuz I couldn't get it shipped here... :D :D :D :D soooo happy despite the fact that I'm feeling sick.  Oh, i got whipped by leaves today. It was really windy and i was walking against the wind to get to the computer lab.  I need to get batteries for my mp3 player....i feel so weird without my music everywhere...I haven't been getting my daily doses of josh. Maybe that's why I'm getting sick....Oh and i was watching these clips of josh and he was sooo funny lol. In one of them he was trying to talk like the "cool" people...like gangstas and rappers and what not...he was like " what's up i'm here in my dolce designer suit hanging in my crib" and he did the hand gesture thing lol.

"I'm sporting the black shoes and white socks Michael Jackson style" lol. "My brother got a bunch of white socks for christmas but they weren't the kind he liked so I inherited like a crap load of white socks." Anyways, i thought he was funny :P It's funnier when you watch him haha. yes...ok i'll stop gushing over him for now on here..... :D :D sooo happy :D
